Dionne Noella B. is a Senior Solutions Consultant (TAM) at Google, where she provides consultation around digital transformation activities by assisting select enterprise customers to modernize IT and cloud operations to effectively use cloud solutions successfully. With a background in telecommunications and network management, Dionne has channeled her learning graph to reach out to a newer universe "The Cloud." She has a passion for research and development that constitutes the big picture of an “Automated Planet” in association with testing, suggesting solutions that could/will be carried out in years to come, which all funnel down into the domain of cloud management, policy, and its path of migration. Dionne has a strong interest in the Internet of Things (IoT), machine-to-machine (M2M) communications, big data, and connected cars in unison with finer elements of legacy networking aspects. Dionne holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications and Network Management from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Mumbai. She is also Excellency Certified in Optical Fiber Communication from BSNL, PUNE, and has completed the Stanford Advanced Computer Security program by Dan Boneh, Neil Daswani & John Mitchell. She is currently enrolled in the Full Stack Coding Bootcamp at the University of North Carolina. Before joining Google, Dionne worked at Rubrik as a Customer Experience Manager for the largest enterprise and strategic accounts in the data management domain. Prior to that, she worked as a Horizon Cloud Escalation Manager at VMWare in the space of Desktop and Application as a Service. Her summer internship opportunity helped her get a feel of how big data is accounted for and how database concepts needed many refinements to fit the jigsaw puzzle for a finished picture. Her analytical skills at BARR Industries, in addition to the project charter drafted for the “Pharmacy Drone Project” in her management course, helped her understand how a business perspective weaves into technology. Dionne's technical skills include Big Data, Senior Software Engineer, test, Research Scientist, and Mobile. She has 1.43 years of relevant experience in her current role at Google. As a Technical Account Manager, Dionne guides customers to architect and deploy their critical solutions to meet performance requirements and provide value towards their business objectives.
